Everything is printed to order, just for you. Below you'll find when your order leaves, what shipping costs, and what to do if something goes wrong on the way.
When does your order ship?
Your order ships within 3–5 business days. That window starts on the first business day after your payment comes in.
Printing time is part of those days. A large vase easily spends twenty hours on the printer, a smaller object 8–12 hours. For Family figurines we print each figurine separately, so that takes at least twelve hours.
Ordering several products? As a rule they all go out together. If that changes for your order, we'll let you know.
In a hurry? We can't speed things up in the shop. Through the Print Service we can: mention it in your request and we'll tell you what's possible and what it costs.
Packaging
We check every print by hand before we pack it.
Your print is wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a round sticker carrying our logo. That goes into a cardboard box, padded with kraft paper.
Shipping costs and free shipping
Shipping to the Netherlands costs €6.95. To Belgium it's €10.00. All amounts on this site include 21% Dutch VAT.
From €75 in products we ship free within the Netherlands. Only the product amount counts towards that threshold, without shipping costs. The threshold doesn't apply to Belgium.
Delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium
We ship with PostNL. Within the Netherlands, PostNL usually delivers your parcel the next business day.
To Belgium it typically takes one business day longer. That's an indication, not a promise.
We deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium. You can't select another country at checkout. Living elsewhere? Email us at info@formr3d.nl and we'll see what's possible.
Track & Trace
Every shipment goes out as a parcel with Track & Trace, Print Service jobs included. You get an email with the link as soon as we've handed your parcel over.
That link shows you where your parcel is at PostNL and when it will be delivered.
Print Service: quote and turnaround
We usually review your file within one business day and send you a quote after that. The quote is valid for 30 days. Once that period has passed, you send in a new request.
We only start printing once you've approved it. How long printing takes after that differs per job. That turnaround is stated on your quote.
The price in your quote is the total amount, shipping included.
The shipping rates and the free shipping from €75 above apply to the shop only. A Print Service job has no separate shipping line and no free-shipping threshold.
Delays, damage and returns
We deliver within 30 days at the latest. If we can't, you can cancel your order free of charge.
Until your parcel is delivered, the transport risk is ours.
Did your print arrive damaged, or is something not right? Email us at info@formr3d.nl, preferably with a clear photo. If your complaint is justified, we'll repair it free of charge, print a new one, or refund all or part of the amount.
With shop products you have 14 days after receipt to cancel the purchase. The cost of sending it back is yours. Print Service jobs and personalised products fall outside the right of withdrawal. The full arrangement is in our terms and conditions.
